Crafternoons

I LOVE working with children, they bring so much energy, inquisitiveness and creativity to the making table it is an absolute joy to watch them.

Tied Up With String has a focus on upcycling and natural resources to encourage children to look at everyday objects in a different way. I can often be found diving in to skip bins to retrieve treasures that were destined for land fill. I enjoy the challenge of finding these treasures and then envisioning a new life for them. I believe using these kinds of resources, rather than kit projects, helps to unleash true creativity.

Designed for children aged 6 to 12, Crafternoons are run in 10 week blocks on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at Byron Bay Public School.

$150 per term (10 weeks)
